Return policy

Returns

We do not accept returns of perishable items without authorization. If approved, a restocking fee will be charged for any returned plant in live condition with authorization from Leaves and Soul. Restocking fees will be 25% of the purchase price of the original order. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Non-perishable items, such as fertilizers, soils and accessories are eligible for refund with authorization from Leaves and Soul. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging. It will be inspected upon return and if approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@leavesandsoul.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
